My research proposal includes a survey addressing the gap and lack of virtual trade show studies addressing benefits and pitfalls

 

My outline is complete, and I still have more work creating one or two more syntheses in my lit. review.

My research gap has been modified to include virtual trade show exhibitions as part of technical communication with research from booth exhibitors.

My Abstract: Complete following the style guide

My Keywords: Complete following the style guide

My Into: Complete again following the style guide

My Lit. Review: Needs a few more sentences added to the smaller paragraphs.

My Lit. Summary: Followed the style guide

My Research Design and Methods: Needs an additional paragraph defining

1.            My research methodology needs a few adjustments.

2.            A specification of the research method I will direct the researcher to undertake                 and the way they will interpret the results.

3.            I will also need to include any anticipated or potential barriers and pitfalls in                     carrying out the research design.

My Preliminary Implications:

            1.            Needs what the results of the survey will mean in regards to challenging the                     theoretical framework and underlying assumptions that support the study.

               2.            Future suggestions for subsequent research could arise from the potential                         outcomes of the study.

                    3.            How the practitioners will gather the results in the natural settings of the                             trade shows.

                        4.            How the results may influence trade shows with a virtual option which                                 includes the methods, or forms of intervention.

                            5.             An interpretation of how the results can contribute to the solution                                            of social, economic, or other types of problems attending a virtual                                                  trade show.

                                6.            I am hoping the results will influence policy decisions of the                                                     organizers.

                                    7.            It will include how individuals or groups could benefit from the                                                 study.

                                        8.            What could be improved or changed as a result of the                                                              proposed research.

                                            9.                How the results of the exhibitor survey can be be                                                                     implemented and what innovations or transformative                                                                    insights could emerge from the process of                                                                                      implementation.

                     

My Conclusion: Is in the works also with one paragraph completed.

    Wow, this is awesome! You are very thorough and organized in laying out each portion of your proposal. I should probably do something like this. I'm sure it would keep the thinking process from getting too bogged down. It looks like you've got a good topic with interesting implications, and a well-thought-out plan to write it out. Nicely done!

What is next now we have widely available eye-tracking systems for usability research, marketing, inexpensive and expansive digital storage. I wonder if Technical Communication will replace crime fighters with a few digital Police. This 2015 publication in Technical Communication Quarterly inspires me to wonder if our prison population is steadily declining.

  A well-developed research question is essential for the success of a study. It's imperative that I spend time honing my research questions. It's important that I am the best time defining the knowledge gap. It's critical to master the literature to find out what is known and what is not known on my focal topic.
