Blog Post #5

       What I have learned in this course is how to make a correct research proposal on a master’s level. Understanding how journal articles and research proposals are prepared has been fascinating. Reading all the books and papers from my DSU master’s courses and writing blog and canvas posts has revealed graduate and doctoral level of scholarly writers, thus preparing me to become a better technical communication. My proposal on trade show economics taught me that I could do research, find a research gap and write about it. The challenges from my background time away from English studies have allowed me to read and write among these great writers found in Fall ENGL6401-50 2021. My writing has improved immensely in 13 short weeks, and an excellent professor and associates have taught me. I will always be a technical writer in my field of practice and look forward to improving to become a great orator on paper. I want to be known as the expert who writes an excellent...

 Blog Post #4 My research proposal includes a survey addressing the gap and lack of virtual trade show studies addressing benefits and pitfalls   My outline is complete, and I still have more work creating one or two more syntheses in my lit. review.
